Shipping policy

We’re so glad you’re here — and we’re excited for you to receive your Truth Face Balm. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping, fulfillment, and what to expect along the way.

Order Processing Time

We pack and ship orders with care, usually within 1–3 business days of purchase. Since we’re a small team and every jar is made and packaged with intention, things may take a little longer during high-volume times. We appreciate your patience — it’s always worth the wait.

You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping option. We primarily ship through USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipping

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs

Delivery times are not guaranteed, and occasional delays can happen — especially during holidays, severe weather, or global shipping disruptions.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees — these aren’t included in the shipping cost and vary by country.

If you’re unsure about possible import charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you don’t see your package, we suggest:

  • Double-checking your delivery area

  • Asking household members or neighbors

  • Checking with your local post office or carrier

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, first check the tracking information provided. Sometimes carriers mark packages early or experience delays.

If your order appears lost, or hasn’t updated after 10+ days, reach out to us at truthmadeinnature@gmail.com and we’ll look into it right away.

Damaged Items

We do our best to pack everything securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to truthmadeinnature@gmail.com, and we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement or refund.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We care about your skin — and the planet. Whenever possible, we ship using recyclable, minimal, and eco-conscious materials. Our Miron violet glass jars are reusable and protect the product from light and heat to maintain freshness naturally (no synthetic preservatives needed!).
