Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier. We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs, but we’re always here to help if something feels off.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not happy with your Truth Face Balm, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll give you a full refund — no stress. Just email us at truthmadeinnature@gmail.com. Return shipping isn’t covered, and after 7 days, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

8. Natural Product Notice & Storage
Truth Face Balm is packaged in Miron violet glass, which offers excellent protection against light and heat to preserve the integrity of the natural ingredients. That said, we do not use synthetic stabilizers or preservatives — and we don’t think we need to.
In hot weather or during transit, it’s possible your balm may soften or liquefy. Don’t worry — this is totally normal. Just place it in a cool, dry place, and it will resolidify naturally at room temperature. This is simply how real, chemical-free products behave.
We see it as a sign of purity — no fillers, no fluff, and no unnecessary additives. Just honest skincare, exactly as it was intended.
9. Product Disclaimer
Truth Face Balm is made with gentle, natural ingredients and formulated for everyday skincare use. However, everyone’s skin is unique. We recommend using a small amount before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
